Concrete work in Alachua
The City of Alachua is a mix we like: a walkable historic Main Street with older homes behind it, and newer subdivisions filling in around the US-441 corridor. Both need concrete for different reasons.
On the older side of town the driveways are narrow — poured when one car per household was the assumption — and the most common job we do is widening one, or replacing it entirely with something that fits two vehicles and a turnaround. On the newer side it is patios, extended lanais and shed pads.
Alachua is close enough to Gainesville that we are often already in the county, which usually means we can get out to look at a job faster here than the drive time suggests.
